If you are sending a gift to an apartment, hotel or Hospital etc please ensure you provide the recipient’s contact name and a mobile number when placing the order.
We cannot deliver the order without a recipient contact number on your order form.
We will contact the recipient on the day of delivery to arrange a time they can accept the delivery.
If they do not answer we will leave a message and wait for them to contact us to arrange a suitable delivery time.
For security reasons, we cannot leave your gift unattended.
