The inspiration for all our cupcakes and cakes at Vanilla Cupcakery began with my mother a second generation baker from Peloponnese, Greece. She always surprised our family with cakes and sweets all the time. It was her passion for baking and my families’ love for sweets that inspired us to start baking many years ago.
Having received such great feedback from family and friends over the years, we decided the time was right to open Vanilla Cupcakery. As Vanilla is the world’s most universally loved flavour, the name for our shop had to include it, and Vanilla Cupcakery was born.
We always bake with love, from scratch, using the finest ingredients. The memories from our mums’ kitchens have been recreated through Vanilla in a way that is new, yet familiar.
Our talented pastry chefs have taken our traditional recipes and added their own modern twist, creating truly mouth-watering cakes and cupcakes which are baked fresh daily in our commercial kitchen.
