Corporate Orders
We generally make Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes with Vanilla buttercream as a standard option, although you can request any of our 20+ flavours. There might be an additional cost for certain flavours.
We can certainly match the icing colours to your theme. Please email us any samples or images you have and we can send you photos of mockup cupcakes for your approval.
We have many packaging options for our corporate cupcakes.
We usually box our cupcakes side by side so they do not move during delivery.
The largest catering box we stock fits approximately 70 Classic (regular) size cupcakes side by side and then we have our 24 individual hole boxes and 12 individual hole boxes the 6 hole individual boxes. We also stock our window range of individual boxes and elegant clear cube boxes with single cupcake silver inserts that are available with or without ribbons.
We box our Petite (mini) size corporate cupcakes in lots of 24 cupcakes as a minimum.
To print with clarity and precision on corporate cupcakes/cakes or cookies your logo or artwork needs to be supplied to us in a JPEG, PNG, PDF or EPS format.
Please note very small text may not appear clear once resized to fit the edible discs.
Please ensure the files submitted are final and do not require any changes.
Our edible printer will print the images as are submitted to Vanilla Cupcakery.
Our edible discs are 3cm in diameter for our Petite (mini) cupcakes and 4cm round in diameter for our Classic (regular) size.
