Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our commercial kitchen, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have one commercial kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
All our kitchens handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya.
If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to eat any of our products.

We do make a chocolate Vegan cupcake with Vegan Vanilla Icing. The minimum order is 12 Classic size cupcakes or 24 Petite size cupcakes. We need 3 days notice for the Vegan cupcakes.
All of our products are made by hand by our Pastry Chef’s and are baked to order. Since we do not use preservatives in our products, our yummy desserts are best served sooner rather than later and at room temperature. Our cupcakes will last up to 3 days in an airtight container.
We do make chocolate gluten-free cupcakes in both Classic and Petite sizes.
All our products are made in the same commercial bakery. Though nuts are not part of every recipe, trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our desserts.
Absolutely, our Pastry Chef’s bake generally twice a day to keep up with demand.
The size of each cupcake may vary due to the piping techniques used. However, the patty pan sizes are as follows;
Patty Pan sizes
Petite (mini) size sponge base: 3.5cm top: 5cm height: 2.5cm
Classic (regular) size sponge base: 5cm top: 7.5cm height: 3.5cm.
