Please email us at orders@vanillacupcakery.com.au with your order details (Qty, date & time etc) and the delivery addresses and we will quote your order asap.
You can pickup your order at our store on 209 Rocky Point Road Ramsgate anytime between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday or Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm.
Once you have ordered the products you require click on checkout, here you will be prompted to enter either delivery or pickup for your order.

Our Cake and Cupcake Sydney delivery service is available to the Sydney CBD and selected Sydney metro areas. Our delivery checker is available on the home page to see if we deliver to your suburb.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm. We aim to deliver as close as possible to your chosen time. If our drivers are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted as soon as possible with updated delivery time.
Vanilla Cupcakery owns and operates refrigerated vehicles and employs our own drivers and we definitely do not use couriers ensuring your delivery arrives in perfect order.
The Delivery fee is dependant on suburb chosen and displayed in our delivery checker and checkout pages.
The minimum product order is $40 to enable delivery.
We certainly do deliver to corporate clients and business.
Please include all your building details in the order form including loading dock and mailroom if applicable.
We can deliver to your reception or meet you on a specific level.
Please let us know if you are on a level that cannot be accessed by lift and our driver will contact you on arrival.
All our corporate boxes are clearly labelled with your contact details on each box.
Gluten-Free and Vegan products are boxed and labelled separately.
There is a minimum product order of $40.00 inc GST to be placed excluding delivery costs to qualify for delivery.
If you are sending a gift to an apartment, hotel or Hospital etc please ensure you provide the recipient’s contact name and a mobile number when placing the order.
We cannot deliver the order without a recipient contact number on your order form.
We will contact the recipient on the day of delivery to arrange a time they can accept the delivery.
If they do not answer we will leave a message and wait for them to contact us to arrange a suitable delivery time.
For security reasons, we cannot leave your gift unattended.
